Refund policy

Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Every coloring book is packed by hand with a lot of care. Because I run this shop solo and create everything myself, I currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

However ~ I truly want you to be happy with your order.
If your coloring book arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, please email me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll take care of it.

Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

I will replace or refund if:
• Your item arrived damaged during shipping
• An incorrect or missing item was sent
• There is a major printing flaw

I cannot offer refunds for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Items that have been used
• Items returned without contacting me
• Shipping delays caused by USPS
